The Business plan costs $20 per user per month on annual billing ($24 monthly) and includes all Notion AI capabilities with unlimited responses, access to multiple underlying models, SAML SSO, private teamspaces, and 90-day page history. For individual users and small teams on tighter budgets, the May 2025 pricing change significantly raised the minimum cost for full AI access — previously available as a low-cost add-on — to the Business plan at $20 per user per month. Users for whom workspace-native AI context is not a priority may find that a separate AI subscription provides comparable writing and summarization capability at a similar or lower cost.
