Accuracy is solid on clean printed text and weaker on handwriting, which is the honest norm for OCR. The trade-offs are the flip side of free and simple: it lacks the document management, editing and bulk-workflow features of paid OCR suites, and as with any free web tool that processes uploads, you should avoid putting genuinely sensitive documents through it.
