Heidi Health listens to a consultation and turns it into clinical documentation — SOAP notes, referral letters and reports — so the writing happens while the clinician is with the patient rather than afterwards. The free plan is genuine and unusually generous for this category: unlimited transcription, standard templates and task management, plus limited access to Ask Heidi, advanced templates, patient and session linking, and document sharing. Above it sit a Clinician plan with a 14-day trial and a Practice plan for teams, and Heidi publishes no price for either — you are directed to sales or a trial. EHR integration is sold as a paid add-on rather than included in a standard plan. Two things this page previously asserted have been withdrawn. It quoted a specific monthly price for the paid tier, which Heidi does not publish anywhere we could read, and it claimed a percentage reduction in clinician burnout, which is an outcome claim about people's wellbeing that we are in no position to make and could not source. Documentation time is a genuine and well-documented burnout driver, and a scribe that reduces it plausibly helps — but how much, for whom, is not something we can put a number on. Heidi states HIPAA compliance and says it supported over 2.7 million patient visits in a single recent week, naming customers including Bupa, Ohio State University and Beth Israel Lahey Health.
