Pricing & free tier — last checked
How we checked: read directly from the vendor's own pricing page — source
First check, and it found an invented tier. We had been publishing a Starter plan at approximately $19 a month. GravityWrite sells Plus at $8 and Pro at $49; no Starter tier exists at any price.
| What | What we found | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | $8 a month, billed as $97 a year. 500 AI credits a month. | Confirmed |
| Pro | $49 a month, billed as $599 a year. 2,500 AI credits a month. | Confirmed |
| Bundle | $139 a year, packaging Plus with WordPress hosting and n8n automation. | Confirmed |
| 'Starter plan from $19/month' | Withdrawn. No Starter tier exists and no plan costs $19.A fabricated tier name attached to a fabricated price. Worse than the 'Canva for Teams' and akool 'Basic' cases, which were at least retired or misread real names. | Changed since last check |
| Annual-only rates | Not quoted. Two separate reads of this page disagreed — one reported Plus at $49/year and Pro at $79/year, which reconcile with neither monthly rate.We publish the pair that both reads support and that the arithmetic sustains ($8 x 12 = $96 ~ $97; $49 x 12 = $588 ~ $599), and publish nothing for the pair that does not. Probably a billing toggle caught mid-change. | Not yet checked by us |
| Free tier | Not shown. The pricing page lists only Plus, Pro and Bundle.Flagged rather than removed. Absence from one page is not proof of absence, and this listing is typed freemium — flipping that would move it off /free on the strength of a page that simply stayed silent. Same decision as akool and krikey. | Not yet checked by us |

Pros
What we like
- Wide variety of 80+ templates covering most common content types, reducing the need to craft prompts from scratch.
- Free plan available for testing before committing to a paid subscription.
- Built-in SEO features help optimize content for search engines without needing a separate SEO tool.
Cons
Limitations
- AI-generated content requires human editing for accuracy, brand voice, and factual correctness before publishing.
- Free plan has limited monthly word credits that may not be sufficient for regular content production.
Pricing
| Plan | Details |
|---|---|
| Free | Unconfirmed. The pricing page we read on 9 September 2026 lists Plus, Pro and Bundle and shows no free tier. We have not removed the free classification on the strength of one page that stayed silent, but we can no longer describe what a free plan includes. |
| Plus | Plus at $8/month, billed as $97/year — 500 AI credits a month. Read from gravitywrite.com/pricing, 9 September 2026. We do not quote an annual-only rate: two separate reads of this page disagreed on it, and only the monthly figures reconcile against the yearly totals. |
| Pro | Pro plan with higher word limits, team collaboration, and premium templates. |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing for agencies and large teams with dedicated support. |
The paid plans are Plus at $8 a month, billed as $97 a year, for 500 AI credits a month; and Pro at $49 a month, billed as $599 a year, for 2,500 AI credits a month. There is also a Bundle at $139 a year that packages Plus with WordPress hosting and n8n automation. This page previously said paid plans start at approximately $19 a month and named a Starter tier — GravityWrite sells no Starter tier and no $19 plan, so both are withdrawn. On the free plan we are less certain than we were: gravitywrite.com/pricing, read on 9 September 2026, shows no free tier at all, but a pricing page that does not mention one is not proof there is none, so we flag it rather than removing it. Confirm before you rely on it.
